Your Property. Our Responsibility.
Built by an operator, for property managers.
Orange County Contractors Collective was built to solve a problem property managers and HOA boards know well: too many vendors, too much paperwork, and not enough accountability when something needs to get done across a portfolio.
Founder Wyatt Berry brings a rare combination of hands-on construction experience and operator-level building system expertise to every project.
Wyatt started in residential construction: seven years framing, finishing, and renovating homes across Southern California. That background gave him a working knowledge of every trade on a job site and the kind of practical problem-solving that only comes from being in the field.
He then spent the next seven years in public utilities, maintaining water distribution and treatment systems that communities rely on every day. That operator background, with SWRCB D3 and T2 certifications and CWEA M3 and C2 certifications, translates directly into mechanical room work, pump rooms, and the kind of building-system work most general contractors guess their way through.
Operating systems the public depends on requires discipline around preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, and emergency response. That same discipline is how OCCC approaches every property: scheduled service that prevents problems, condition-based monitoring that catches issues before they escalate, and emergency response when something can't wait.
The combination is the edge. Most contractors come from construction. Some come from operations. Few bring both to property management work, and that is exactly what HOAs, multi-family operators, and property managers need managing their assets.
Licensed as a California B General Building Contractor (CSLB #1150771) and headquartered in Trabuco Canyon, OCCC coordinates every trade required for HOA and multi-family work under one license. Plumbing runs through our licensed C-36 partner, South County Plumbing Solutions (CSLB #1107651), with 24/7 emergency dispatch. You get one estimate, one schedule, one invoice, one contact.
We serve South Orange County from Irvine to San Clemente: HOAs, multi-family operators, and property management portfolios looking for a contractor who shows up, documents the work, and stays accountable from walkthrough through closeout.
